Mishimoto's Performance Aluminum Radiator replaces the factory plastic tanked unit with a full aluminum core sized to hold coolant temperature steady when a K24 Si is worked hard on the street or on track. Core volume is 63% greater than the OEM radiator, the core measures 1.02 in thick with a 0.69 gal coolant capacity, and the end tanks are aluminum joined by precision TIG welds instead of crimped plastic that cracks under repeated heat cycling. It bolts in using the stock hoses and mounting points with no cutting or fabrication, and the box includes a high pressure Mishimoto radiator cap plus a magnetic drain plug that traps ferrous debris before it circulates through the cooling system.
