Air-to-water heat exchanger for the 2021+ BMW G8X M2, M3 and M4 with manual transmission, engineered to keep charge air cool under hard use. The all-aluminum design replaces every plastic component with aluminum end tanks, core and CNC-machined ports, TIG-welded for strength, with strutted tubes that resist bowing and flexing during aggressive cornering. A 23 percent larger core volume and 44 percent more external fin surface area, combined with a dual-pass flow configuration and louvered fins, raise cooling capacity well above stock. Steel rock guards are included to protect the core from debris.
