This Mishimoto kit adds a large 19-row oil cooler mounted at the front of the vehicle for maximum airflow, bypassing the restrictive factory liquid-to-liquid unit for a bigger temperature drop. Application-specific braided stainless steel lines with -10AN fittings route oil between the cooler and engine, while the thermostatic sandwich plate holds oil in the block until it reaches operating temperature before opening flow to the cooler.
