Motul MC Care C1 Chain Clean is a strong degreasing aerosol that strips encrusted grease, dust, sand and soil from a drive chain before relubrication. The formula contains no chlorine and is suited to standard chains as well as O-ring, X-ring and Z-ring chains. Spray the chain, allow about five minutes of dwell time, work heavy soiling with a soft brush and respray, then follow with a Motul chain lube. Motul recommends repeating the clean and lube cycle roughly every 1,000 km.
