The NGK 24282 is a direct-fit upstream oxygen sensor built by NGK's sensor division NTK to OE specifications. It threads into the pre-catalyst exhaust and feeds the ECU a constant closed-loop signal that controls the air/fuel ratio, protects the catalytic converter, and keeps fuel trims accurate. This is a 4-wire heated narrowband sensor with the factory OE-type connector and a threaded body, so it installs without splicing or adapters, and its dual-coated platinum element resists contamination for fast light-off and long service life.
