Z16 Evolution is PowerStop's low dust ceramic street pad, an affordable stock replacement aimed at stopping power and clean wheels rather than track temperatures. The friction material is positive molded, which bonds it across the full backing plate so the pad wears evenly and holds its bite through its service life, and the face is thermally scorched at the factory so it beds in quickly instead of needing a long break in. Multi layer rubberized shims, plus chamfered and slotted edges, take out the vibration that turns into brake squeal, and the backing plate is powder coated against rust and corrosion.
