The Z23 Evolution Sport pad is PowerStop's carbon-fiber infused ceramic street compound, chosen when the goal is more braking power than the OE pad delivers with less of the dark dust a European semi-metallic pad throws onto the wheel. Multi-layer rubberized shims damp the pad against the caliper for virtually noise-free braking, and the powder coated backing plate holds off corrosion through winter salt. Positive mold construction, chamfered and slotted edges and a thermally scorched surface give consistent wear and a short break-in. Premium hardware, pin bushings and ceramic brake lubricant are included.
