Radium Engineering's AOS-R kit separates oil from crankcase vapor and returns it to the oil pan, keeping oil out of the intake, turbo, and intercooler with no draining required. The machined aluminum separator holds 20.3 oz (600 mL), uses a coolant heated core to prevent water condensation, and has an integrated water trap. Sections screw together and seal with O-rings so the unit can be fully disassembled for service. The kit replaces the PCV valve with a straight-through adapter and includes the Radium brake master cylinder brace (20-0255) that serves as its mount.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
