The Circuit II is a fixed-back racing bucket built with Sparco's QRT process, an aramid fiber reinforced fiberglass laminate that cuts shell weight roughly 30 percent against Sparco's earlier fiberglass seats. The bare shell weighs 7,500 g and the complete seat 8,700 g. It carries FIA 8855-1999 homologation CS.408.18, uses impact absorbing fire retardant fabric over a two part cushion, and integrates Sparco's DTC head protection for use with a frontal head restraint. Mounting is by M8 lateral fastenings on 290 mm spacing; bottom mount adapters are sold separately.
