The Sparco GRID QRT is a fixed-back competition seat built on an ultralight fiberglass QRT shell, homologated to FIA 8855-1999 under number CS.407.18 and valid through 2033. It weighs 6.5 kg complete on a 5.4 kg shell and fits up to a 36 inch waist. Its padding attaches with Velcro so each section can be adjusted or removed to tune the fit, and the side panels come out entirely to widen the seat for larger drivers. Deep side and shoulder bolsters hold the driver in place under lateral load while ventilation channels move air across the back.
