The Sparco Sprint+ is a fixed-back competition seat built on a tubular steel frame rather than a composite shell, with a suspension base cushion under the driver. Its FIA 8855-1999 homologation, number CS.332.15, runs to 2040, the longest validity in the current Sparco range, which matters when a seat has to last several race seasons. It is approved for both side and bottom mounting, with the side fastenings relocated onto the shell to suit the tubular frame. Five harness slots plus extra holes for fifth and sixth belt points make it HANS compatible, and it weighs 11.2 kg complete on an 8.0 kg frame.
