SPEC's Stage 3+ uses a carbon semi-metallic full faced disc, which SPEC credits with unparalleled life, friction co-efficient and drivability, a full-face material rather than the six-puck used in plain Stage 3, so it grabs hard without the on/off bite of a paddle disc.
