The TiAL Sport MVS is a compact 38mm external wastegate built for precise boost control. Its valve uses a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy in a 347 stainless steel housing with a Nitronic 60 seat and a Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, flowing up to 34 lb/min across a 0.3 to 1.7 bar range. The kit includes the complete actuator spring set for pressure tuning plus V-band inlet and outlet flanges with clamps. The red anodized aluminum body stands just 3.7 inches tall, suiting tight twin-scroll and dual-wastegate setups.
