Turbosmart Black Intercooler - Ford Ranger Raptor / Bronco Raptor 2022-2026

This is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory charge cooler on the 3.0L EcoBoost turbocharged V6, built around a TIG welded bar and plate core carrying a 75% increase in internal core volume over the OEM unit. The added surface area and thermal mass lower charge temperatures on standard and mildly modified engines while keeping flow and efficiency up on heavily tuned ones. End tanks are cast aluminium and CFD modelled for balanced flow, and they reproduce the factory locating pins and mount positions, so the cooler goes in with no cutting, trimming or fabrication. A built-in maintenance drain clears condensation and blow-by, and the unit remains compatible with the OEM shutter shroud, the OEM ECU calibration and factory or factory-style charge pipes.
