Wagner Tuning's Competition Intercooler Kit replaces the factory intercooler on the BMW X5 and X6 with a stepped 535 x 332 x 150 mm core holding 19.2 L in total. Charge air volume rises 120% and flow area 113.5% over the OEM cooler, using a Competition tube-and-fin core with internal turbulators between CFD-shaped cast aluminum end tanks. The cooler withstands up to 6 bar, carries an anti-corrosion coating with high thermal conductivity, and fits plug-and-play as a 1:1 replacement.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
