Wagner Tuning's Competition Intercooler Kit replaces the FL5 Civic Type R's factory intercooler with a 580 x 400 x 70 mm core holding 16.2 L, 145% more than the 6.6 L stock unit, and 2320 cm² of flow area (+118% over 1064 cm²). Free-form cast aluminum end tanks are CAD-developed to reduce back pressure around a competition high-performance core with an anti-corrosion coating. The cooler is pressure resistant to 6 bar and installs plug-and-play with the included reinforced silicone hoses and air duct.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
