The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler kit is a plug and play replacement for the factory intercooler on F series Mini Cooper S, Cooper D and Cooper SD models; it is not suitable for the John Cooper Works hardtop, Clubman or Countryman. The stepped 580 x 231 x 110 mm Competition core holds 12.6 liters of charge air against the OEM cooler's 8.3 liters and offers 1,340 cm² of flow area versus 877.5 cm². Free-form cast aluminum end tanks designed in CAD reduce back pressure, and the cooler is pressure tested to 6 bar with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating. It weighs 9.2 kg and ships with mounting hardware and installation instructions.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
