This Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler kit is built for the 231 hp John Cooper Works versions of the F series Mini hardtop, Clubman and Countryman. A stepped 590 x 225 x 145 mm Competition core with internal turbulators holds 16.6 liters of charge air, double the OEM cooler's 8.3 liters, and increases flow area 51% to 1,327.5 cm². CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks reduce back pressure, and the cooler mounts at the original mounting points as a 1:1 replacement. It weighs 9.65 kg, carries a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating, and includes mounting hardware and installation instructions.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
