The Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler kit for the US-market Audi SQ5 (FY) 3.0 TFSI replaces the 720 x 145 x 80 mm factory intercooler with a 550 x 445 x 70 mm Competition tube-fin core with internal turbulators. Charge air volume rises from 8.35 to 17.13 liters and flow area from 1,044 to 2,447 cm², while CAD-designed, CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks keep back pressure low. This version pairs the plug and play intercooler kit with the matching Wagner Tuning charge pipe. The 9.5 kg cooler is pressure tested to 6 bar and protected by a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating.

Returns
