Wagner Tuning's Competition Intercooler Kit replaces both factory intercoolers on the Audi 4.0L V8 biturbo with two 265 x 340 x 105 mm cores totaling 18.9 L, 41% more volume than the 13.4 L OEM setup, plus 1802 cm² of flow area (+21%). Free-form milled cast aluminum end boxes surround a Competition high-performance core with an anti-corrosion coating, and the coolers are pressure tested to 6 bar. This version is built for cars without the auxiliary parking heater (Standheizung) and ships with two carbon air ducts and four silicone hoses for a plug-and-play install.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
