The Wagner Tuning EVO1 Performance intercooler kit replaces the factory front mount intercooler on N54 and N55 powered BMW 1 Series, 3 Series and Z4 models. Its stepped bar-and-plate core measures 520 x 210 x 130 mm with 11,750 cm³ of volume, giving 85% more flow area and 60% more charge air volume than the OEM cooler. CFD-optimized cast aluminum end tanks reduce back pressure, and the anti-corrosion coating has thermally conductive properties. The kit installs plug and play with the original intercooler hoses, is pressure tested to 6 bar, and includes mounting hardware and installation instructions.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
