Wagner Tuning's Offroad High-Mount Performance Intercooler Kit replaces the Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost's factory intercooler with a 550 x 300 x 77 mm bar-and-plate core holding 12.7 L, roughly 95% more than the 450 x 180 x 80 mm, 6.5 L stock unit. The cooler's mounting position is moved upward toward the front of the truck, a layout Wagner designed for typical off-road builds. Internal turbulators and optimized inlet distribution keep pressure loss low, and the rugged cast aluminum end tanks carry an anti-corrosion coating. Silicone hoses, click connectors, and mounting hardware are included, and Wagner offers an ACC bracket version for trucks fitted with the front ACC module.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
