The Wagner Tuning Performance intercooler kit replaces both factory charge air coolers on the S63 B44T4 4.4 liter V8 biturbo in the BMW M5 and M8. Each 192 x 156 x 128 mm Performance core gives a net volume of 3.83 liters, 75% more than the 2.19 liter OEM figure, for cooler, denser intake air. Cast aluminum end tanks optimized with CAD and CFD simulation keep back pressure low and reduce turbocharger load, and a heat conducting anti-corrosion coating protects the cores. Additional ports accept water/methanol injection (Snow Performance SP30401 is the recommended nozzle kit), and installation is plug and play.

  • Yes. The coolers have additional ports for water/methanol injection, and the Snow Performance SP30401 kit is the recommended match.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
  • Final sale: special orders, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers and turbo kits, unless defective or we sent the wrong item.
