The Wagner Tuning Performance intercooler kit replaces the factory intercooler on the Ford Ranger Raptor with the 3.0 liter EcoBoost V6. Its 550 x 300 x 110 mm core holds 11 liters, 69% more than the 6.5 liter stock unit, and its 1,080 cm² flow area is 33% larger than the OEM 810 cm². A custom core with internal turbulators and precisely engineered cast aluminum end tanks give efficient heat transfer with low pressure loss, and a protective anti-corrosion coating suits off-road use. It installs plug and play at the original mounting points.

Returns

  • 30 days from delivery to request and ship back a return on new, uninstalled items in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Standard returns: 8% restocking fee on the item price before tax and shipping. Shipping is not refunded in either direction. All waived if the item is defective or we made the error.
  • Fitment guaranteed: select your vehicle above, or confirm fitment with us in writing before you order. If the part shows as a fit and it is wrong, the return is on us, even after installation. Otherwise, installed or used parts cannot be returned.
