XClutch Stage 2 Sprung Ceramic Clutch Kit - Honda S2000 (AP1/AP2) 2000-2009

XClutch's Stage 2 kit puts a ceramic friction disc behind a heavy duty diaphragm pressure plate with 55% more clamp load than stock, taking the S2000 to 520 lb-ft of holding capacity. The 212mm (8.346 in) disc runs a 24 spline hub and uses the sprung version of XClutch's ceramic disc, so a sprung damping hub sits between the ceramic pucks and the gearbox input shaft to absorb peak shock loading instead of passing it straight into the drivetrain. Ceramic gives the heat capacity a track car needs, which is why this configuration is recommended for track use rather than daily driving. The kit ships as friction disc, pressure plate, release bearing, pilot, aligning tool and technical service bulletins as required; a flywheel is not included.
