Thermal Wrap, Heat Shields & Sound Control by DEI

Heat and noise are two of the biggest comfort complaints in performance cars, UTVs and motorcycles. Exhaust and engine heat soak into the floor, seats and transmission, while drumming panels carry road noise into the cabin. Insulating, shielding and damping the right surfaces keeps components cooler, protects occupants and makes the cabin quieter.

Everything here is from DEI. It covers heat shield kits for UTVs such as the Honda Pioneer 1000, Polaris RZR and Polaris Xpedition, a heat shield liner kit for the Harley-Davidson Pan America, and transmission pan heat shields for the Jeep JK and JL. For cabins there is Under Carpet Lite and Under Carpet insulation, Boom Mat damping material and tape, acoustic tiles and spray on deadener. Heat Screen matting, Adapt-A-Shield formable sheets, aluminized heat shroud and exhaust wrap round out the selection.
