The AMS Performance helical rear limited-slip differential replaces the factory open differential in the R190 rear axle, mechanically limiting wheelspin between the rear wheels for harder launches and stronger drive out of corners. It is machined from HRC60-hardened 8620 forged steel, and the helical gear design runs smoothly and quietly with no clunking or binding at low speed. It needs no additional maintenance compared to the OEM unit. AMS specifies installation by a certified driveline technician and Motul Gear 300LS 75W-90 fluid.
