Take your BMW F-Series N55 or N20 to the next level with the OneFastShop Stage 3 Dual Walbro 450 Low Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) assembly. Designed for high-boost, ethanol-based, and port-injected builds, this complete plug-and-play LPFP upgrade delivers the fuel volume required to support up to 850 WHP on pump gas or 800 WHP on full E85. Direct replacement for BMW OEM part #16117243975.

The dual pump system uses two Walbro F90000274 450LPH fuel pumps and includes a boost-referenced pressure switch (Hobbs switch) for automatic secondary pump activation. Arrives fully pre-assembled with all wiring, fittings, and hardware pre-configured - no splicing, cutting, or crimping required. Compatible with Reflex and Pro EFI controllers, and suitable for stock or heavily modified applications.

Wiring and Installation Diagram

The secondary pump activation harness in this kit is configurable for negative trigger (included 13 psi pressure switch or a controller output) or positive trigger (switched 12V). The standard relay is on/off only and must not be driven PWM; use 0 or 100% duty cycle with electronic controllers.

Returns

Direct fit on my F30. Plenty of headroom for my hybrid turbo build. Install took about three hours including dropping the tank.

Best dual pump kit I have installed. Layout is clean, wiring is straightforward, and my N55 has all the fuel it needs. The car pulls hard from 4k all the way to redline now.
